Utility Billing

The Village's utility billing system contains this web portal that you may use to make a water bill payment. The Village is working on implementing this portal.  As part of the implementation, the system sent out email and text message notifications introducing you to the portal and alerting you that your bill is ready. 

Feel free to use this system to make a payment. Please note, you can make a one-time payment or enroll in auto-pay. To enroll in auto-pay, you must register. To register, the system will verify your identity by asking for your account number and your last payment made. Utility payments paid by e-check will not be assessed a fee. Credit cards payments will be assessed a transaction fee of $1.25.

If you choose to use this payment portal, please discontinue any automatic payments you may have set up with the Village's current bill pay system -  Itasca Login (onlinebiller.com) OR your bank. If you need assistance terminating your current auto-pay, please contact the Village Hall at (630) 773-0835 and we would be happy to assist you.
